These booking terms apply to stays at Canary Campus Hostel.
Booking and confirmation
Beds are booked on Hostelworld. Your stay is confirmed when Hostelworld confirms your booking. Please check the dates, number of guests and contact details before you book.
Group bookings are made by email to team@canarycampushostel.com. The conditions for a group stay are set out in the offer we send you.
Price and occupancy
Beds start at €25 per bed, per guest, per night. One booked bed is for one guest. The price for your dates is shown on Hostelworld. You book a bed, and our team assigns your room and confirms it at check-in.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: 13:00–22:00.
Check-out: by 11:00.
Please contact us in advance if your arrival time changes. Early arrival, late arrival or late check-out is subject to availability and must be agreed with the hostel.
Cancellation and no-show
The cancellation and no-show policy shown on Hostelworld at the time of booking applies. Date changes are subject to availability.
Payment
Payment terms are shown on Hostelworld when you book and in your booking confirmation. If anything in your confirmation looks wrong, please contact us before you travel.
Shared accommodation and conduct
Canary Campus Hostel provides shared accommodation and shared facilities. Guests must respect other guests, staff, the property and the hostel’s safety instructions. A guest may be responsible for damage caused deliberately or through negligence.
